SM&B's immigration department is one of the few such departments in the country that has extensive experience of immigration litigation not only in the Asylum and Immigration Tribunal, but also in the European Court of Human Rights, the European Court of Justice, the Supreme Court (formerly the House of Lords) and the Court of Appeal. Our immigration lawyers also have unparalleled experience in judicial review and statutory review applications to the Administrative Court. We routinely assist clients in appealing against visa, entry clearance, human rights and deportation decisions of the UK Border Agency, as well as challenging delay.
