Our dedicated immigration lawyers have the experience and in-depth knowledge to advise and represent in all areas of immigration law and comprises of lawyers who have been independently recognised as leading lawyers in the field of immigration and nationality law.

Our immigration solicitors routinely assist clients in submitting applications to both the UK Border Agency (formerly the Immigration and Nationally Directorate of the Home Office) and Work Permits (UK). As such we pride ourselves on being able to offer clients expert legal advice and representation in the full spectrum of immigration law, from the most basic visa applications, to “test” cases in the higher courts.

In addition to assisting with applications, the department is one of the few such departments in the country that has extensive experience of immigration litigation not only in the Asylum and Immigration Tribunal, but also in the European Court of Human Rights, the European Court of Justice, the House of Lords and the Court of Appeal. Our immigration lawyers also have unparalleled experience in judicial review and statutory review applications to the Administrative Court. We routinely assist clients in appealing against visa, entry clearance, human rights and deportation decisions of the UK immigration authorities.

Our immigration lawyers have published numerous books in the field of immigration and human rights law. Members have also not only lectured on immigration law, but have also been called as expert witnesses on issues of immigration and human rights law in civil litigation cases.
